Deleting your Àlọ́ account

Deletion is built into the app and takes effect at once. You do not need to write to us first.

In the app

1. Open Àlọ́.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

What is removed

• Your player account, including any linked Apple, Google or email sign-in. If we hold an Apple sign-in token, we ask Apple to revoke it.
• Your display name. It becomes free for someone else to use.
• Your progress: every best time and clear count.
• Every board record you sent, and your place on every leaderboard.
• Your notification tokens and reminder choices.

Nothing is kept after deletion, with two exceptions: messages you sent to support stay in our support inbox for up to twelve months, and our hosting provider's request logs expire on their own schedule, a few weeks at most.

The next time you open the app it starts fresh, with a new anonymous account and a new name.

If you cannot open the app

Write to [email protected]from the email address linked to your account, or tell us your display name if you played without signing in, and we will delete the account within 30 days of confirming it is yours. An account that was never linked to a sign-in cannot always be matched to a request.
